  • What is the seasoning requirement for your 30 year loans?

  • Is there a pre-payment penalty?

    For a hard money loan, there is not. You can pay it off as soon as possible. For a 30-year loan with our private money lenders, there is a 5-year step-down, so it decreases by 1% per year until it completely goes away at the end of the fifth year.

  • What is the maximum loan to value?
