Required Documents - available to download on Apply page

📌 Loan Application – Completed application for each borrower/guarantor. (see Apply page)

📌 Driver’s License – A clear photo of the driver's license for each borrower/guarantor.

📌 Bank Statements – A recent statement showing liquidity sufficient to cover nine months of debt service.

📌 Purchase Loans – Provide a fully executed contract for the purchase.

📌 Refinance Loans – Request a payoff statement and provide the lender’s contact information and the settlement statement from the purchase

📌 Rental Properties – Copy of current lease agreements for all rental properties, if rented.

📌 For Entity-Based Loans:

  • Articles of Organization – for the entity
  • Operating Agreement – Signed and dated.
  • Entity Federal EIN Number – IRS-issued EIN confirmation letter.

📌 Insurance Evidence – Contact us for the correct Mortgagee Clause.

📌 Property Portfolio – List of currently owned properties, including:

  • Property address
  • Estimated value
  • Rental income
  • Year purchased
